General
These Terms & Conditions govern all services and activities provided by Eternal Imprintz and WaxHandArtzSG. By booking or participating in our services, you agree to these terms.
Age Suitability & Parent/Guardian Guidelines
• WaxHandArtz Activities: Recommended for children aged 3 and above only. A parent or legal guardian must be present for participants under 12. • Life Casting Services (Eternal Imprintz): Suitable for newborns, infants, children, and adults of all ages. Parents/guardians must accompany children during sessions. • All materials used are skin-safe, non-toxic, and water-based. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities beforehand.
Child Safety Disclaimer
For newborn and infant life casting, our team ensures a safe and gentle process. Parents are responsible for comforting and holding their babies throughout the session. Please avoid scheduling immediately after vaccination or when the child is unwell.
Bookings & Payments
• Bookings are secured upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. • Balance payment is due: – Life casting: Upon completion of the mold, before production begins. – Wax hand activities/events: As per the agreed event booking confirmation. • Accepted payment methods: Cash, PayNow, bank transfer, or approved installment plans (e.g., Atome).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Rescheduling is allowed once if notified at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. • No-shows result in full deposit forfeiture.
Custom Orders & Production
• Each piece is handmade and customized; slight variations may occur. • Production timeline: 3–5 weeks after final confirmation of all details (photos, names, layouts).
Photo & Video Consent
• Photos/videos may be taken during your session or event for marketing, social media, and promotional use. • Completed works are usually posted about 5 weeks after completion; inform us if you require a delay in posting. • If you wish to opt out completely, a surcharge may apply, as photography is part of our standard marketing process.
Liability
We are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages arising during or after our services. Participation is at your own risk.
Privacy Policy
Personal data is used solely for bookings, communication, and service improvement. We do not share or sell your data without consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
