Eternal Imprintz Refund & Returns Policy
At Eternal Imprintz, every piece is handcrafted with care and customized to your request. Please review our policy carefully before making your booking or purchase.
Deposits & Payments - Deposits are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. - For appointments, a $50 booking fee applies and is non-refundable if cancelled. - Remaining balance is payable upon completion of the mold. Collection is usually within 3–5 weeks after artwork finalization. - Atome installment payments are available for flexible monthly payment options.
Cancellations - Cancellation is only eligible for refund within 24 hours of booking if no services have started. - Once the casting or production process begins, cancellations will forfeit the deposit and any costs incurred.
Use of Personal Items - Items provided by you (e.g., umbilical cord, pregnancy test kit, hospital tag) will be incorporated into the artwork as requested. - If you change your mind before completion, the item will be returned to you. - If changes are requested after completion, a redo charge will apply, and removed items may not retain their original condition upon return.
Long-Term Unclaimed Items & Advertising - Completed artworks must be collected within 3 months of notification. - After this period, a storage fee of $35 per month will apply. - Unclaimed items beyond 6 months may be: - Used for store display or advertising purposes, or - Disposed of at our discretion. - By commissioning your artwork, you agree that Eternal Imprintz may use unclaimed items in this manner if not collected.
Change of Mind - As all our creations are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once production has started.
Damages or Defects - If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 working days of collection or delivery with clear photos. - We will assess and, if approved, arrange a remake or partial refund depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Items - Customized castings, finished artworks, and any personalized items are nonrefundable unless defective due to our error.
